The Circle Pro Plasma Stencils are sized to fill in the gaps of the already effective original Plasma Stencils. With the new sizes you can get even more precise and become a professional fabricator. For a tight fit you can under cut your desired circle and then finish sand for an accurate size and location. New sizes work great for o2 sensors, 2" and 2 1/2" flush mount trailer lights, pipe fitting and much more.
The Plasma Stencils will guide your hand held plasma cutter to quickly
and accurately cut a perfect circle. The stencils are offset to precisely cut the indicated size
from the center of the arc, this allows a little clearance for easy
assembly. Each kit includes 5 stencils for 10 sizes: circles range from 7/16"-2 3/4" in diameter. Available for most plasma cutters that have a drag
shield attachment. The outside radius and straight edges act as bonus
cutting guides. Laser cut and etched from 1/8" cold rolled steel. The end result is a
quick, clean and accurate cut that can be done anywhere. Made in the

Designed for use with a drag shield
attachment use the chart in the pictures to determine the proper size
for your plasma cutter. If your plasma cutter is not listed, then you
will need to measure your drag shield to find the proper size Plasma
Stencils to use. Some models do not offer a drag shield attachment and
will not work properly with our Plasma Stencils.
Have the original set and use them a lot to cut a variety of shapes. These in-between "Pro" sizes will help. Saves me a bunch of time and improves the results.

Simple yet ingenious. Early Miller Spectrum plasma cutter owners beware: Miller ICE-25C, ICE-25X, ICE-27C and ICE-27T torches (and probably others) did not originally come with drag shields but they became available later as an option; The diameter of Miller ICE series drag shields above is .580, so order the Thermal Dynamics style stencils, NOT the Miller style. I also have a Hypertherm Powermax 900 with PAC125T torch with the .380 drag shield nose diameter. I plan to turn a copper bushing on the lathe to allow the Hyperthem to use the Thermal Dynamics style stencils.
